Social media for a student housing brand

I began managing Charme Statesboro’s social media profiles from day 1, liaising with our design team to create early posts, working with a photographer to establish a shot list while the building was in construction, and connecting with the property management team on a weekly basis to stay up-to-date with leasing needs.

After 9 months, the account had more than 3,000 followers and boasted consistent engagement from students.
